Allie's Story as told by Jeff and Jane...

Years ago, we surrendered our lives to serve Jesus in full time ministry.  Though we have primarily served in the pastorate, God's call has also been to the nations of the world.  We actually met each other while serving Jesus on the mission field.  We were married and eventually had 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys).  Our home was full and vibrant.  On June 7, 2012 our world as we knew it was rocked - our 13 year old daughter went home to Heaven to be with Jesus.  As parents, even though three years have passed, we still hurt deeply - we miss Allie more than words can express!

Many would describe Allie's departure as "untimely" or even "tragic."  Some would grieve over her not being able to live a "full life."  As her parents, we have thought these thoughts along with hundreds of others.  Even though Allie's departure was not in our plan, we trust in God's will and promises.

Allie was young, but in her 13 years, she experienced more life than some who live to be 80.  She had a Biblical world view. Her values were fixed and solid. Her love for Jesus and devotion to His word was deep!

Allie's full name is Allie Marie Powell. Her initials (AMP) truly do represent the life she lived.  The word AMP is short for "amplification" which means to make louder and larger.  We must AMP UP (make larger and louder) our lives because life is short - we are only promised today.  What we do today matters.

Through Allie Powell Missions, we seek to:

Apply practical, biblical principles

Motivate people towards a relationship with Jesus

Provide resources to the needy

We are confident that we will see Allie again in Heaven.  However, many are not confident of Heaven. We hope that you are ready for eternity through a relationship with Jesus.

Do you want to know how to have a relationship

with Jesus?  Here is how...

-Admit to God that you are separated from God…

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

“For the wages of sin is death…” Romans 6:23

-Believe that Jesus died for your sins, and He is God’s provision

for your sins...

“For God so love the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever

believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

“…but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 6:23

Choose to confess your sins to God & Commit your life to Him...

“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right

to become children of God – children born not of natural descent or a

husband’s will, but born of God.”

    John 1:12,13

“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart

that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
    Romans 10:9,10

You can enter into a relationship with Jesus right now through prayer.

You can pray something like this out loud or simply in your heart:
"Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and that I am in need of you.  Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins, enabling me to have a relationship with God.  I proclaim that Jesus is Lord and ask that you, Jesus, take control of my life.  Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life.  I ask you to  help me live for you every day."

If you prayed this prayer and it was the desire of your heart,

you can be assured that Jesus has come into your life, as He promised.

-Delight in your relationship with Jesus...

    In John 10:10,
we read that Jesus came that we might have

“life and have it to the full”!

Life's Short, AMP UP!
